Content planning, including:
- The development of strategically focused content plans for social, email, automated communication flows, digital and web content that are actionable and measurable against client objectives
- Gather key business and user insights and apply strategic planning skills to create plans and briefs for content execution
- Collaborate with Content Creators, Marketing Strategists, Creative Designers and Copywriters to ensure content supports and strengthens user experience and meets outlined objectives
- Attend and lead content brainstorm sessions and manage deliverables on all assigned accounts
- Develop high-quality, strategically sound objectives, plans and benchmarks
- Content performance reporting, including gathering analytics, developing reports and insights and presenting internally and to client
- Trend monitoring, including staying informed about current social, industry and B2B trends to create relevant and timely content
- Social media management, collaborating with Content Creators to execute holistic owned content strategies
- Development of social media content calendar outlines, email marketing strategies, white papers and other B2B and B2C owned content
- Content publishing and scheduling
