Join Our Team as a Digital Media Planner!
Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Are you equal parts number-cruncher, creative thinker, and problem-solver? We’re looking for a Digital Media Planner who can balance strategy with execution and has a knack for connecting brands with the right audiences. You’ll help craft smart, effective media plans across digital, social, and traditional channels — and keep campaigns running smoothly from start to finish.

Think of this role as the hub where creativity, strategy and analytics meet. You’ll collaborate with different departments, track budgets, optimize campaigns and make sure our clients’ messages hit the right people at the right time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyzing campaign performance and turning data into actionable insights (a.k.a. telling the story behind the numbers).
  • Building relationships with vendors and staying on top of the latest media trends and tactics.
  • Partnering with Strategy, Creative, and Account teams to make sure plans align with client goals.
  • Crafting smart, well-researched media recommendations and finding the right media mix.
  • Negotiating added-value opportunities that go above and beyond.
  • Educating clients (in plain English, not jargon) on media trends and campaign results.
  • Managing budgets, keeping buys on track, and ensuring campaigns deliver results.
  • Regularly working in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad platforms.
  • Presenting plans and reports to clients and keeping them in the loop.
  • Writing tactical briefs and working alongside Strategy to kick off campaigns clearly and confidently.

What You Bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or something related.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital or social marketing, campaign management, or community management (bonus points for agency experience).
  • Top-notch organizational skills—you can juggle multiple clients and projects without breaking a sweat.
  • A curious, analytical mindset that loves to figure out what makes consumers tick.
  • Excellent communication skills (and yes, good writing chops too).
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where collaboration is key.

  • 2–5 years of media or agency experience preferred (internships and coursework count too!).
  • Strong writing and communication skills—you can make complex ideas easy to understand.
  • Detail-obsessed, organized, and comfortable with numbers.
  • A positive, team-player attitude with a hunger to learn.
  • Comfortable in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (your three trusty sidekicks).
  • Experience with Google Ads, Analytics, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, Meta Ads, Strata, and programmatic vendors.
  • Google Ads certifications are a plus.
  • Negotiation chops and a knack for finding creative solutions? Even better.
