About the Role:

Are you equal parts detail-obsessed and big-picture thinker? Do you love digging into campaign data as much as you love seeing your ideas come to life on screen, print, or billboard? VI Marketing and Branding is looking for an Integrated Media Specialist to help us run smart, creative, and effective campaigns across both digital and traditional media.

You’ll work with a team that believes great strategy and great execution go hand in hand—and you’ll play a big part in making sure our clients’ paid efforts truly pay off.

What You'll Do:

  • Help build and run media strategies across Digital/Social, TV, Radio, Print, Cable, and Out-of-Home.
  • Set up, test, and launch digital campaigns that run smoothly from start to finish.
  • Keep a close eye on live campaigns to make sure everything is working and optimized.
  • Partner with Planners to recommend smart targeting and tactics.
  • Manage budgets like a pro—allocating, tracking, and ensuring billing accuracy.
  • Create and manage UTMs (yes, those important little links that keep campaigns on track).
  • Pull together data, spot trends, and turn numbers into clear, actionable insights.
  • Work in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others on the daily

What You Bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or something related.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital or social marketing, campaign management, or community management (bonus points for agency experience).
  • Top-notch organizational skills—you can juggle multiple clients and projects without breaking a sweat.
  • A curious, analytical mindset that loves to figure out what makes consumers tick.
  • Excellent communication skills (and yes, good writing chops too).
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where collaboration is key.
