What You’ll Do:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the right-hand partner to our Marketing Strategists, helping manage day-to-day client operations while building the skills to become a strategist yourself. You’ll:

• Keep projects and client communications on track by preparing meeting agendas, taking notes, and handling follow-up actions.
• Assist with client outreach, organization of marketing materials, and coordination of media and production schedules.
• Maintain organized records of client work, from creative drafts to final approvals.
• Support the team by proofreading materials, updating project status documents, and spotting potential roadblocks early.
• Research industry trends and competitors to keep clients and teammates ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or public relations (required).
• Previous internship or agency experience is a plus!
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A go-getter attitude with a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
• A desire to grow into a client-facing role.
