What You'll Do:

• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple projects
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors
• Maintain project documentation, files, and communication
• Support new business proposals, presentations, and prospect research
• Organize events, meetings, and travel logistics as needed

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree + 1–3 years project management or related experience
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with project management tools preferred)
• HubSpot, Adobe InDesign, or digital media experience is a plus
