Tight strategy begins with a tightknit team.
Our company culture is multifaceted — but at its core, it’s values-driven. We strive to cultivate a workplace that upholds diversity, equity and inclusion at the forefront, which influences our ideas, impacts our strategies and shapes our values. We invite our employees to show up authentically as their whole selves, which is why our tightknit team sometimes feels more like family. We look for people who are honorable, dependable, smart, creative, driven and respectful, and we operate as integrated teams — not individual departments in silos.
We go the extra mile for milestones.
We pull out all the stops for employee wedding and baby showers, birthdays, work anniversaries and holidays. Our annual Thanksgiving lunch and DIY ornament exchange is the stuff of legend! We also play intramural sports, hold heated limerick battles and get into all kinds of other shenanigans.
Giving back, moving forward.
Every company has an obligation to help improve their community. And when you can have fun doing it, why not? We host a litter blitz on our block every year, volunteer at the local food bank and go big for Carne Diem, our annual chili cook-off. Back in 2002, it was for about 25 employees. Today, it’s a downtown block party — and every dollar goes to United Way!
Curiosity fuels creativity.
Our culture is built on a foundation of constant learning. Not only do our employees attend conferences and webinars — they also organize and speak at them. Each week, an employee or outside expert delivers an in-house Food for Thought presentation. And lunch is on us!
